Walk Through on NEW
Construction Homes
The seller will provide a walk through on any NEW home with the superintendent. A
commitment letter and the appraisal must be received by the Seller PRIOR to any walk
through. All walk throughs are performed Monday through Friday from 7:30 am. until 4:00
pm. Please contact the listing agent to make an appointment.
The listing agent will make arrangements with the builder's office.
Existing Homes
A walk through is not provided on an existing home with the seller. On existing homes, all
items must be presented in the contract for sale, and part of the initial sales contract, or the
contract can be subject to the home inspection. Buyers may walk through home after home
inspection repairs have been completed with the selling agent.
