I bring these ahead of time, as selling your home is a legal process and I want you to have plenty of time to read over the forms that most all Realtors use before you are actually presented with a contract. At this meeting, please have me 2 extra keys made to your home. One will be placed in a secure sentri lock box that will be put on your front door. I will show you the box, how it works, etc. while I am there. The other key will be hidden at your home just in case someone locks themself out, or if an agent's card has expired, if the battery should fail, etc. The last thing you want is for anyone to come to see your home and not be able to get in! |
