Debts:
  1. Sears/ Visa / Master Card / Discover Card etc.  ANY revolving charge card
    with a balance and a monthly payment.
  2. Vehicle Payment
  3. Boat / Motorhome Payment
  4. Child Support
  5. Alimony
(Utilities, insurance, cable, cell phones, etc. are not counted.)


Income:
  1. Daily Job
  2. Babysitting (REGULAR income that you pay taxes on and have been doing
    longer than 6 months.)
  3. Alimony that you can prove.
  4. Mileage reimbursed for your job
  5. Child Support Income (must be able to prove you actually receive this income)
  6. If you don't pay taxes on it, you do NOT get to count it as income!


If you are self employed, your last 2 years tax returns will be needed, and a
year to date profit and loss statement.
