- Check to see if car fits in garage
- Make sure Heat & Air work properly at time of purchase
- Check underneath house for water sitting
- Check sinks for slow drains & water pressure
- Check outside grill on ac unit to make sure no ice is sitting.
- Make sure all screens and splash blocks are installed.
- Make sure windows have no broken glass or that the seal is
not broken on double hung windows.
- Look for visible stains on interior ceilings to see if roof has
been leaking.
- If existing roof, check to see how many roof layers are
currently installed.
- Check to see if their is an existing alarm contract.
- Check to see if their is an existing pest inspection contract.
